This patient had large space between his two front incisors (diastema) with Porcelain fused to metal (PFM) crowns that shows metal along the gumline. Existing crowns were removed and replaced with all ceramic crowns in a lighter color. The new crowns were contoured to close the space between the two front teeth and provide a more ideal smile

This patient presented with fractured front teeth due to trauma. The affected front teeth were crowned with all ceramic crowns to restore the teeth to their original form and appearance.
This patient presented with existing Porcelain fused to metal crown. The crown is lighter than the adjacent teeth. The crown shows metal along the gum line and had recurrent decay under the crown. His front crowns were redone to a lighter shade and to give a more esthetic appearance.
Patient presented with existing discolored resin restorations with recurrent decay. Due to the size of the existing restorations and space between teeth, new all ceramic crowns were used to restore. The space between the front teeth was closed and the incisal edge lengthened to give the patient a more natural looking smile. After the crowns were completed the patient was fitted for a nightguard to help prevent wear on front teeth.

This patient’s front tooth had to be extracted due to root fracture that caused an abscess. The front tooth was removed and replaced with a new all ceramic 3 unit bridge.

This patient presented with decayed and fractured upper and lower incisors. Fracture occurred due to grinding (bruxism). Tooth colored restorations and all ceramic crowns were used to restore upper and lower dentition. Once the restorations were completed, the patient was fitted with a nightguard to help prevent damage to the teeth from grinding.

This patient presented with decay under existing resin restoration on her front tooth. A 6 week course of take home whitening was completed first to lighten her adjacent teeth. Then a new all ceramic crown was used to replace the failing restoration.
